60,000 thoughts per day and 80% are negative and how to manage it

According to the National Science Foundation, an average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those, 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive thoughts. If we repeat those negative thoughts, we think negative way more than we think positive thoughts. Nov 27, 2017

International Mens Day falls on the 19th of November and after another tough year for all of us we also find men are under much more pressure to provide for their family and be successful in their career. While in the state of hypnosis, I will gently guide you through your fears, and provide your subconscious mind with positive strategies and thoughts to help you overcome your problem.
